Are you insured and bonded?
•  Yes we have a $1,000,000 General Liability Per Occurrence, $2,000,000 Aggregate and are Fidelity Bonded

Are housekeepers contracted or employees?
 All of our employees are W-2 internal employees

How do I know I can trust the people you send to my home?
•  We take this extremely serious and understand the responsibility of having our employees enter your homes and place of business. We run criminal backgrounds and drug test all of our employees and do extensive pre-screening prior to sending anyone out in the field.

Do you pay for referrals?
•  Yes! Refer one of your friends that uses our services and you will receive 20% off your next cleaning

What makes M.O.M different from other services? 
We are a family owned company and we take time to get to know our customers and their needs and strive to meet and exceed your expectations. Our customers come first.

What types of payment do you accept?
•  Cash, check and credit card

Do I need to sign a contract?
• No, but we will ask our customers to sign a document stating they will not hire our employees. This can come up because we work hard to hire exceptional, good people and like you, we want to keep them.

Is my satisfaction guaranteed? 
•  Yes.  If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will send someone out to correct the issue.

Do you supply the cleaning supplies and equipment?
•  Yes.  We provide all equipment and cleaning supplies.  If you have specific products you would like us to use, you are welcome to provide those for your housekeeper.
